Mail Order Computer Services
If you so elect, we can perform a number of computer services for your home or business through postal mail or parcel service such as:

* Secure Data Deletion
* Virus / Spyware / Adware Protection, Scan and Removal
If you would like us to perform any of the above computer services through the mail or parcel service, here are the steps you will need to follow to make the process flow smoothly:
- Call us first at (678) 531-5521 to make arrangements for service.
- Remove the hard drive that you want serviced from your computer.
- If you want us to perform data recovery or secure data deletion for you, write a list of the files that you want recovered or deleted. Include this slip of paper in with your hard drive for shipping.
- Prepare your hard drive for shipping. Make sure you include enough packing material to ensure a safe delivery of your hard drive. If you are sending an external hard drive, make sure you include all the cables and the power supply as well.
- Ship your hard drive at your local post office or parcel shipping store, such as FedEx or UPS. We highly recommend that you purchase the merchandise insurance to protect your hard drive from theft or damage. Note: Womco is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to your hard drive while in transit.
- When we receive your package, we will call to inform you that we received it and give you an estimate as to how long it will take to complete the service.
- When we have completed the job, we will call to let you know. You can then pay over the phone by credit card or you may send us a check if you would like. However, if you send a check, we cannot return your hard drive until the check clears.
- Once all payments have gone through, we ship your hard drive back to you. This shipping cost is built into your total bill and gets paid when you pay us for the service.
Note: All data is delivered by DVD media so make sure to tell us if your computer cannot read DVDs. In this case, we can make arrangements to deliver your data on CD media instead.
